The term motivation is not at all strange to all of us. In fact, in every endeavour that one ventures into, the idea of motivation always tags alongside it. Motivation is literally that thing known as the extreme desire to fulfil something. But before motivation must be exercised, it is important that there is a vivid plan regarding what is to be done, how it is to be done, and what kind of result is expected to turn out.
